Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Sales Receptionist to join our Tulsa (Broken Arrow), OK clinic. You will engage with clients to boost satisfaction and drive sales, while overseeing front desk operations and supporting medical staff in treatment rooms.

You will collaboratively work with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals, manage appointments, and maintain client records. A high school diploma, strong communication, and a passion for aesthetics are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills required.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Works well in a team environment.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software.
• Passion for the aesthetics industry required.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to promote sales and enhance their experience.
• Oversee front desk operations, answer calls, schedule appointments, and maintain records.
• Assist medical staff in preparing treatment rooms.
• Collaborate with clinic team to meet monthly sales goals.
