Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking a full-time Sales Receptionist for our Houston/Conroe, TX clinic. You will engage with clients, manage front desk operations, and assist medical staff, helping the team meet monthly sales goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities include answering calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining client records, with duties extending to room upkeep and spa-like client care in a fast-paced aesthetic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Administrative and/or sales experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Proficient with computers and sales software.
• Demonstrates passion for the aesthetics industry.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends/evenings.

Position Summary:

With our continued growth and success, we are excited to hire a full-time Sales Receptionistto be a part of our dynamic team in Houston (Conroe), TX. As the Sales Receptionist, you will engage with clients to enhance their satisfaction and build lasting relationships throughout their experience with Milan. Oversee all administrative and front desk operations, which include answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments. Assist medical staff with the maintenance of treatment rooms. Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve monthly sales goals. Complete clinic operational tasks on time.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work independently required

• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required
• Ability to display a passion for the aesthetics industry required
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed by the business required
