Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Program Manager role based in Santa Ana, CA. The Sales Program Manager oversees strategic customer programs, coordinates sales activities, and ensures alignment between customer requirements, production capabilities, and delivery commitments. Daily responsibilities include managing program timelines, tracking key metrics, preparing sales forecasts, and analyzing program performance to support revenue and margin goals. The role involves collaborating closely with sales, operations, engineering, and supply chain teams, as well as maintaining strong relationships with distributors and end customers. The Sales Program Manager also leads contract reviews, supports pricing and negotiation efforts, and prepares regular reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications
  • Program Management and Project Management skills to lead complex customer programs, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional activities.
  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor program performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Effective Communication abilities to interact with customers, internal teams, and leadership, and to prepare clear reports and presentations.
  • Sales experience, including building customer relationships, supporting negotiations, and contributing to revenue growth.
  • Experience in aerospace, industrial manufacturing, or a related technical field is highly beneficial.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard business software (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, ERP tools).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
