Compensation

Sign-on bonus: up to $1,000 when sales expectations are met in the first 6 months.

Requirements and Qualities

• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Great listening ability
• High energy, people-focused with a sales orientation and experience in a customer-satisfaction environment
• Available to work a retail schedule
• Prior experience using Windows-based computer programs
• Basic reading and comprehension skills
• Basic numerical reasoning skills
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately, neatly and efficiently

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, and reach regularly
• Ability to lift/carry up to 15 lbs

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction environment preferred
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not required
