Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a sales representative in Hendersonville, TN who thrives on the selling process and closing sales while delivering outstanding customer interactions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork.

Moon Valley Nurseries is looking for a Sales Representative who enjoys the selling process, demonstrates the ability to close sales confidently, and exhibits excellent customer interaction abilities. Anticipated Compensation Range: Annual recoverable draw with minimum 7% commission with the opportunity for commission to increase based on level of sales.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful commission sales experience
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
• Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.

Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.

Physical requirements/Working Conditions

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to verbally exchange information with colleagues, managers and vendors. The position is active and may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing throughout the day. The employee must frequently reach for, pull, lift, and/or move items weighing up to and over 75 lbs. The employee must be able to work outdoors for extended periods of time in possibly extreme conditions, including rain, heat, sun, and wind.
