You will collaborate with sales management and customers to optimize profitability and product performance while delivering strong support to both customers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of sales experience, a bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record in consultative selling, pricing strategy, and cross-functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent industry experience).
• Proven ability to grow and maintain a large book of business.
• Strong organizational skills and cross-functional work ability.
• Expertise in customer support, inventory management, and consultative sales.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting client relationships to drive sales and profitability.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers.
• Optimize profitability, product mix, and inventory turnover for assigned products.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate based on the position requirements and market data. Actual compensation will depend on factors including experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and other job-related considerations. BlueLinx also offers a comprehensive benefits package including health care, dental, vision, life and disability insurance starting the first day of the month, 15 days of paid time off that start accruing your first day, and 8 paid holidays per year.
