Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Sales Advocate in Appleton, WI. You will deliver exceptional customer service, guide customers to tailored Cricket Wireless solutions, and represent the Cricket brand with professionalism.

You may assist store operations and participate in local events as needed to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. This role requires 18+ years old, reliable transportation, and the ability to work at least 32 hours per week including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Clear communication skills, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States.
• Able to work at least 32 hours weekly including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong social media presence preferred.
• Reliable transportation to the location.
• Live within 30 minutes of home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Maintain neat and professional appearance.
