Allstate is seeking a Sales Professional to join an Allstate Exclusive Agency team. You’ll start with paid training, learn the products, and progress toward licensed status while earning uncapped income through base pay plus commissions.

You’ll generate new business, cross-sell to existing customers, educate clients on appropriate Allstate solutions, and grow with a supportive agency that values work-life balance and career advancement.

Qualifications

• Interest in a sales career; prior sales experience is a plus.
• No insurance experience required; training provided to obtain licenses.
• Independent, self-motivated with strong communication and follow-through.
• Willingness to obtain Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses.
• Remote roles require active licensing; local in-office opportunities also available.
