This entry-level position will support sales objectives, provide excellent customer service, and maintain store standards. Ideal candidates have some automotive knowledge, strong communication skills, and are able to work flexible hours. This position can be part-time or full-time and requires a friendly demeanor in assisting customers.

Qualifications

• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively.
• Read and interpret safety and operating documents.
• Basic math skills for various units of measure.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits.
• Achieve sales goals individually and for the store.
• Provide DIY services including battery and wiper installations.
• Maintain product and operational standards in the store.
