Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Niles is seeking staff to engage customers in a friendly, professional manner while maintaining a clean salon. The role combines base pay with commission and requires flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Starting pay is $15.50 per hour in a fast-paced retail/tanning environment with opportunities for advancement and ongoing training. Employment is at will and benefits include discounts and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers face-to-face daily using your influencer skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon environment.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
