Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Flower Mound (Cross Timbers) is hiring for a role with base pay plus commission. You will engage customers face-to-face, promote tanning and wellness, and help maintain a clean salon environment as part of a team focused on growth.

The position requires 18+ years of age, physical stamina for standing and lifting, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Use influencer skills daily face to face with customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Handle daily paperwork as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
