Job summary

Palm Beach Tan is hiring for a team member at our Russellville salon. You will engage customers face-to-face, promote tanning services, and keep a clean, welcoming space while handling daily paperwork.

The role offers base pay plus commission, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and opportunities for advancement. Training and development are provided to help you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Use influencer skills daily face to face.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
