Job summary

Palm Beach Tan - Little Rock is seeking a friendly sales associate to welcome customers and promote tanning wellness in-store.

You will engage customers face-to-face, keep the salon clean and organized, and handle daily paperwork while supporting a welcoming atmosphere. This role offers base pay plus commission and opportunities for advancement within a team dedicated to wellness and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Face-to-face customer engagement using influencer skills.
• Maintain a clean, organized salon.
• Complete daily paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
