Job summary

Plexus Corp is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist in Idaho to maintain inventory accuracy, perform counts, and reconcile records. You will ensure correct quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments and coordinate with production and sales to meet requirements.

The salary offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Salary Range:

$45,300.00 - $67,900.00

Purpose Statement

Maintains controls over various types of inventories (e.g., raw materials, subassemblies, finished goods). Conducts physical inventory counts and reconciles results with inventory records. Ensures that quantities of incoming and outgoing shipments are correct. Conducts analyses of inventory levels and coordinates with production and sales requirements.

Key Job Accountabilities
  • Understands department activity requirements and follows SOPs, WI, site and regional requirements.
  • Responsible for accurate execution of transactions related to area of assignment to ensure inventory accuracy is maintained at the site.
  • Actively participates or leads inventory related projects at the site to suggest initiatives to improve inventory controls reporting and objectives.
  • This role understands the correlation between multiple inventory systems and is highly proficient in WMS and JDE, using their system knowledge to reports material availability problems.
Education/Experience Qualifications
  • Associate's Degree with 2 or more years of related experience is preferred. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered.
Other Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail, organization and time management skills. Responsible to ensure daily store operations adhere to company policies and operating standards.
Physical Requirements
  • Computer literacy. Able to work on shift basis.
Travel Requirements
  • Less than 40%
