Job summary

First Legal is seeking a hands-on Salesforce specialist to support and improve our growing CRM environment in Henderson, NV. You will keep the CRM clean and well-instrumented, document the sales process, and drive continuous improvement as an individual contributor.

You will collaborate with sales, business development, operations, and other stakeholders to align goals and support the sales organization. This role requires 3–5 years in sales operations with strong Excel and analytics skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in sales operations or CRM admin.
• Hands-on Salesforce experience supporting sales processes.
• Analytical skills with data and metrics to improve team performance.
• Advanced Excel skills and dashboards for KPI tracking.
• Candidates will be required to take an Excel assessment.
• Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to operations.
• Clear, effective communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to build strong working relationships to reach sales targets.

Responsibilities

• CRM Management: Oversee Salesforce data integrity and streamline sales workflows.
• Sales Process Improvement: Analyze bottlenecks and shorten cycles to boost productivity.
• Automation: Use Salesforce automation tools to streamline workflows.
• Training and Documentation: Onboard new reps and keep process docs current.
• Collaboration: Work with sales, BD, ops, and stakeholders to align goals.
