Job summary

You will coordinate with Inside Sales, Planning, Production, Shipment, Logistics, and Quality; manage ERP order processing, inventory levels, and min-max stock; monitor receivables and coordinate logistics to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field is required.
• 3 years of experience in a sales operations or supply chain management‑related occupation required.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft) and inventory management/data reporting is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire supply chain cycle for import and domestic USA standard pipe business.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing in ERP systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and establish min-max stock levels.
• Coordinate with Inside Sales, Planning, Production, Shipment, Logistics, and Quality.
• Develop new business opportunities and manage assigned accounts.
