Job summary

Dayton Freight Lines is seeking candidates for its Sales Management Trainee Program in Minnesota. This 24-week, hands-on experience prepares graduates to join our sales team, participating in all facets of operations and leadership development within a culture of servant leadership and teamwork.

The program covers LTL industry insights, operations exposure, and sales training, with relocation to service centers and rotating shifts during training.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
• Must be willing to relocate to any Service Center.
• Must be willing to work a rotation of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift (during training).
