You’ll work with a high-energy team, building a foundation for a management career across Penske locations nationwide. The role emphasizes problem solving, customer interaction and driving a diverse set of logistics and fleet operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• Results oriented with strong time management and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts.
• Manage large inventory of vehicles to balance productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
