A regional construction firm in Wichita is seeking a skilled Sales & Operations Manager to oversee operations and sales processes for their Allied Crane division. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in crane rental and management. Responsibilities include monitoring project completion, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring safety standards compliance. Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction.
• Proven experience in sales growth and operations management.
• Ability to interpret plans and provide clear direction regarding all required specifications.
• Must have knowledge of and strict adherence to OSHA Construction Standards.
• Ability to collaborate with others, including peers, clients and code officials.
• Must stay current on emerging industry trends/technology and pursue continuous improvement.
• Ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide status reports regarding production and anticipated challenges to company leadership.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing operations and sales processes for Allied Crane. This role manages projects from cradle to grave, requiring ability to organize, lead, and support day-to-day operations.
