Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Miami to run a business unit, apply your degree, and quickly solve problems for customers. You will train across sales, operations, finance, and service with mentoring and advancement opportunities at many locations.

You will report to the Miami North location, participate in ongoing training, and have the chance to join a high-energy team. A strong DOT safety mindset and travel readiness are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer facing role preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required to drive Penske vehicles.
• Willingness to travel within the district and work at the specified location.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500.
• Manage large inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
