Job summary

Enterprise is hiring for immediate openings in their Sales Management Training Program in Allentown, PA. As a Management Trainee, you will learn about customer service, sales, finance, and operations from day one. This program equips you with the knowledge to eventually run your own branch. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or be close to graduation and possess a valid driver's license. Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree, or be within 1 (one) semester of graduating with a Bachelor's degree.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record (no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the last 3 years).
• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DWI/DUI) in past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Start learning the business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches.
• Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners.
• Master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch.
