Job Description

Are you a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy working across teams, building customer relationships, and making a real impact on business performance? If so, we'd love to meet with you.

As a Sales Operations Lead, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, ensuring seamless execution across forecasting, supply planning, customer service, and commercial operations. • Drive forecasting, supply planning, and service performance to ensure customer needs are met and business goals are achieved.
  • Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver solutions and maintain a seamless customer experience.
  • Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations to align priorities and close gaps to plan.
  • Monitor account performance, contract commitments, and key business metrics while communicating progress, risks, and recovery plans.
  • Take increasing ownership of customer relationships and business results as you grow into larger accounts and expanded commercial responsibilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams.
