Job summary

Sunrun Inc. seeks a Sales Support Manager to lead daily operations, drive automation, and own the Megan Bot platform. You will manage scheduling, track KPIs, and resolve escalations, partnering across teams to scale operations.

With 6+ years in sales support or ops, you’ll leverage Salesforce, Excel, and Google Workspace to improve efficiency and decision quality, while promoting a safety-focused culture and employee development.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of experience in sales support, operations, or customer support.
• Strong background in solar operations or sales operations leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting, Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience managing workflow or bot automation platforms (e.g., Megan Bot).
• Proven structured problem-solving skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
• Track record of leveraging team metrics to optimize performance and drive efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Own the Megan Bot platform, driving enhancements and expanding capabilities.
• Identify, design, and implement new automation initiatives and processes.
• Direct daily queue workflows, SLA adherence, and workforce scheduling.
• Track case metrics and execute proactive volume-reduction plans.
• Oversee licensing and verification processes and IT issue management.
• Conduct weekly 1:1s with team leads and onshore agents.
• Drive performance reviews and team syncs while aligning with offshore operations.
• Partner across Sales, Underwriting, Install Pipeline, Customer Care, and IT.
