Infocredit Group is currently looking for a full-time Sales Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting Credit Risk Solutions, sustain client relationships, and guide them seamlessly through the sales process. The role emphasizes customer acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth and profitability.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Identify and promote Credit Risk Solutions
Prospect, follow up, and maximize new sales opportunities
Conduct market research to identify and target potential clients
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and client agreements
Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication
Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction
Identify cross-selling opportunities and evolving client needs
Implement sales strategies to achieve growth and sales targets
Collaborate with internal teams for quality service delivery

Requirements/Qualifications:

BSc/BA degree in Business, Finance, or a relevant field
1-2 years οf proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential
