Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC seeks a Bulk Account Merchandiser to sell, order and present products, collaborate with customers to generate accurate orders, and execute promotions across assigned accounts. Responsibilities cover daily sales, promotions execution, back-room organization, POS placement, and ongoing collaboration

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Secondary education beyond high school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products based on marketing plans and inserts.
• Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelf.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelf where permitted.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through follow-up and proactive discussions.
• Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities and executes safe-working procedures.
