Valpak & Clipp is seeking a Media Sales Consultant for the Colorado Springs/Southern Colorado area. You will craft campaigns that integrate direct mail with digital and e‑commerce strategies to help local businesses grow.

The role emphasizes relationship building, data-driven marketing, and multi-channel execution. Training is provided, with a focus on delivering measurable results and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales and relationship-building experience, preferably in media or direct mail.
• Ability to design and execute multi-channel campaigns leveraging direct mail, digital, and e-commerce.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with local business clients.

• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with small and medium-sized businesses. First-year income is estimated at $70,000 to $75,000, with potential to exceed $100,000 as your business grows.
• Comprehensive Training: Receive paid training to master our processes and sales tools, equipping you to deliver exceptional results.
