Job summary

Ethos Management is seeking motivated individuals to represent our marketing firm inside major retailers. Earn top dollar with an aggressive commission plan while discussing sports, movies, and entertainment and promoting our new products and services.

NO BUSINESS TO BUSINESS/ NO DOOR TO DOOR/ NO TELEMARKETING. The program offers training, mentorship, and potential leadership opportunities as you learn to train and supervise sales teams and possibly open your own business in the same retailers.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements: college degree preferred or in progress.
• 1-2 years experience in customer service, sales and/or marketing.
• Ability to excel in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Comfortable speaking in large groups with strong presentation skills.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with others and foster a positive brand image.
• Demonstrated team management and leadership ability is a plus.
• Effective interpersonal skills and strong communication (written and verbal).

Responsibilities

• Represent the marketing firm inside major retailers and speak about products and services.
• Promote new products and services and help acquire new customers.
• Potential for growth into Account Manager roles within a structured training program.
