Job summary

Duncaster Inc. in Bloomfield, CT, is looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to support the growth of resident recruitment and brand awareness.

You will act as the first contact for inquiries, assist with on-site and off-site events, and help implement marketing programs across multiple channels. The role requires at least 1 year in sales or marketing, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of sales or marketing experience required; senior living experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as entry point for inquiries and distribute to Sales/Marketing team based on request.
• Coordinate on-site and off-site marketing events and manage logistics.
• Create and deploy email communications to prospective residents.
• Support and track marketing initiatives across direct mail, digital, website, social media, and advertising.
• Coordinate pre-move-in paperwork for new residents (health assessments, contracts).
• Update CRM database timely and accurately.
• Liaise with LifeCare on the Go for communications, reservations and apartment readiness.
• Provide updates to contracted marketing agency on mailing lists changes.
• Manage marketing collateral, promotional materials, and on-site media shoots.
• Be the point of contact for sponsorships and events.

Overview

The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for supporting the Sales and Marketing team in the development and execution of sales initiatives and marketing programs.

Essential Functions

• Acts as entry point for general inquiries and online requests and distributes to Sales and Marketing team based on level of care/product request including IL, Life Care, and any associated collateral.
• Supports planning and coordinates execution for marketing events both on-site and off-site events (e.g., managing room set up, culinary needs, tracking RSVPs and confirmations).
• Creates and deploys e-mail communications to prospective residents.
• Provides support and tracks key marketing initiatives including but not limited to direct mail, digital marketing, website, social media, and advertising.
• Coordinates resident pre-move-in paperwork for new residents (e.g., scheduling health assessments, preparing contracts, new resident welcome postcards).
• Provides timely updates of the CRM Database.
• Acts as the LifeCare on the Go liaison, including weekly communications, reservations and apartment readiness.
• Provides contracted marketing agency with regular updates on additions and removals for mailing lists.
• Manages promotional materials, hospitality item procurement, marketing collateral materials and forms as well as assists with on-site photo and video shoots.
• Point of contact for sponsorship items/events (i.e., resident/staff/outside vendors).
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of sales or marketing experience is required. Experience in senior living is preferred.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language in an understandable manner.
• Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Organized, detail-oriented and able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Ability to answer questions about the sales process.
• Able to work collaboratively with a diverse group of internal and external constituents.

Hours

Full-time, 1st shift, 40 hours p/w: Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm (Occasional evening and weekends, based on events).

Pay

$25.00 per hour
