Premier Promotions is adding a Sales Marketing Assistant to our Kansas City team - someone who brings curiosity, creativity, and a people-focused mindset to our in-store marketing efforts. This role blends customer engagement with hands-on campaign support, giving you room to learn, grow, and build real experience in a fast-moving retail marketing environment.

On-Site | Full-Time | Campaign Support & Customer Interaction

What You’ll Do

• Interact with customers and communicate key details about active campaigns
• Assist with setting up, refreshing, and maintaining visually appealing campaign displays
• Share creative input on improving in-store experiences and customer flow
• Help brainstorm small adjustments that boost visibility and engagement
• Support promotional rollouts, campaign launches, and daily marketing activity
• Guide customers through simple sign-up steps when they want to participate or get more information
• Observe customer behavior and provide insights to help refine marketing strategies
• Document daily notes and coordinate with leads to support smooth operations
• Work closely with teammates to keep everything on-brand and consistent
