What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify, process, qualify, and assign all inbound leads across the sales team and distributor partner network
- Follow up on tradeshow and event-generated leads to drive conversion
- Collaborate with sales leadership to assess sales and freight variances and identify improvement opportunities
- Maintain accurate tracking of contacts, leads, opportunities, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce CRM
- Support account managers in developing proposals, presentations, and RFIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales administration or customer-facing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and/or marketing, chemistry, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- B2B sales experience, ideally in the petrochemical or specialty chemicals industry
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
- Familiarity with lead generation platforms
- Technical understanding of specialty chemicals or lubricants
- Speaking and writing languages commonly used across the Americas and/or Asia
