What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Identify, process, qualify, and assign all inbound leads across the sales team and distributor partner network
  • Follow up on tradeshow and event-generated leads to drive conversion
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to assess sales and freight variances and identify improvement opportunities
  • Maintain accurate tracking of contacts, leads, opportunities, forecasts, and account plans in Salesforce CRM
  • Support account managers in developing proposals, presentations, and RFIs
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales administration or customer-facing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales and/or marketing, chemistry, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer-focused with a proactive mindset
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • B2B sales experience, ideally in the petrochemical or specialty chemicals industry
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, and Power BI
  • Familiarity with lead generation platforms
  • Technical understanding of specialty chemicals or lubricants
  • Speaking and writing languages commonly used across the Americas and/or Asia
