Carter’s Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Sales Manager in Oceanside, NY. You will be the first face of the brand for growing families, helping with newborn essentials and back-to-school readiness.

You’ll foster an inclusive store culture while training and developing your team on product styles and benefits. As a part-time leader, you’ll deliver outstanding customer service, coach staff, and manage omni-channel experiences.

• Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity to implement actions to drive results

• Offer consistent, in the moment feedback to store team andraise performance concerns to Store Manager
• Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation

Compensation for this position ranges from $19.25 - $23.25 per hour based on experience and location.
