Carter’s Retail Inc. is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager in Avon, OH to lead a welcoming sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences across Carter’s baby and kids brands. You’ll coach staff, maintain store standards, and drive omni-channel service while building loyalty.

You will promote product knowledge, support a positive work environment, and participate in leadership duties on busy days. Availability includes days, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to meet service standards and omni-channel experiences.
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area with planning and follow-through.
• Perform Leader on Duty duties by driving results and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Use customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive improvements.
• Build customer loyalty through company programs, including credit.
• Provide timely feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to Store Manager.
• Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation.
• Support asset protection with consistent customer service and safety controls.

What You’ll Do:

• Become a product and brand expert of our brands to help families navigate every moment from preemie to size 14
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits
• Maintain a genuine customer focus on the sales floor

• Consistently model service standards and omni-channel experience while coaching others to success
• Lead and execute an assigned business focus area through planning and detailed follow through
• Perform Leader on Duty supervisor responsibilities by driving results and responding to customer concerns timely and with an appropriate resolution
• Utilize customer feedback to identify areas of opportunity to implement actions to drive results
• Build customer loyalty through Company sponsored programs, including credit
• Offer consistent, in the moment feedback to store team and raise performance concerns to Store Manager
• Recognize exceptional performance through positive reinforcement and appreciation
• Support store team with Asset Protection through a consistent level of customer service, safety awareness, and operational controls

Compensation for this position ranges from $13.25 - $16.75 per hour based on experience and location.
