Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager who will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, educate on baby apparel, and lead a team to deliver exceptional service and brand standards.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, driving results, and maintaining a safe, inclusive store environment. Availability on days, nights, weekends and holidays is required, with opportunities for development and discounts on products.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: high school diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product styles and benefits.
• Lead and coach team to deliver Omni-channel experiences and store standards.
• Display brand knowledge to drive sales and brand loyalty.
• Execute leadership on duty responsibilities and drive results.
• Identify opportunities from customer feedback and implement actions.
• Support Asset Protection with safety and operational controls.
• Provide timely feedback to Store Manager and recognize performance.
