Carter's is seeking a Part Time Sales Manager to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You will welcome customers, educate them on baby essentials, and foster a welcoming, inclusive store environment.

As a leader on the sales floor, you will coach teammates, drive the assigned business focus, and deliver exceptional omni-channel service. Availability to work days, weekends, and holidays is required, with a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.
