As a Stanton Optical Sales Manager you would be our sales leader, assisting the Brand Manager in supervising and executing action plans to drive sales performance while creating a positive, results-driven team atmosphere. Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Support Brand Manager duties, acting as Manager on Duty to achieve objectives:
- Assist with talent acquisition and development; direct recruiting coordination, training, and ongoing development plans for store associates.
- Build strong partnerships with Clinical Services.
- Analyze reports to ensure staff achieve goals.
- Communicate effectively with Support Center and Human Resources.
- Ensure proper lab production to meet Now Service and Ready When Promised standards.
- Execute simple customer repairs, assemble lenses into frames, edge stock lenses, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report equipment issues or order inaccuracies.
- Monitor delivery times to patients to ensure 100% compliance.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment (at least 1 year).
- Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
- Strong multitasking and adaptability in a team environment.
- Effective communication with diverse groups.
