Job summary

Allied Emergency Services is seeking a Field Trainer in Northern Illinois/Chicagoland to lead a sales team generating over $300,000 in revenue monthly. You will train, manage, and communicate with the team, focusing on cold calling, referrals, and insurance processes to boost performance.

Lead a team of 10+ reps, hold weekly trainings, and conduct regular meetings. Availability evenings/weekends and a strong ability to motivate are essential to drive 5+ monthly job projects per salesperson.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist salespersons with training in selling and paperwork processes
• Facilitate weekly sales trainings and field training for new reps
