As a Sales Manager within Maersk Ground Freight, you will lead and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives responsible for driving profitable growth across Northeast region and the surrounding market. This role combines leadership, coaching, customer engagement, and commercial execution to achieve revenue, gross profit, customer acquisition, and retention objectives. You will serve as a player-coach, balancing team leadership with direct involvement in strategic customer opportunities, market expansion initiatives, and key account development while supporting the growth of Maersk’s integrated logistics portfolio.

Approximately 50% travel within the assigned territory to support customer engagement, business development, field coaching, and market growth activities.
The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
