Job Responsibilities
- Generate new sales acquisition from SME businesses and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Conduct deep discovery sessions with C‑Level executives to deliver customized travel management solutions
- Manage a sales pipeline effectively to achieve monthly sales and KPI targets
- Document and communicate the Return On Investment (ROI) of proposed solutions to prospects
- Overcome objections and mobilize decision‑makers to take action on proposed solutions
Qualifications
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets in a SaaS or travel consultative environment
- Advanced proficiency in CRM management, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to adapt quickly to different situations and recover from setbacks
- Strong focus on prospecting, presenting, and managing new client implementations
- Up to 50% travel required within territory
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish speaking highly preferred due to business needs
