Job summary

Kemper Corporation is seeking a Life Insurance Sales Manager to recruit, train, and lead a team of agents across the West Palm Beach region. You will spend most of your time in the field, riding along with agents, coaching, and modeling effective in-home presentations to drive growth and customer relationships.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in insurance sales or leadership, hold the required Life/Health/Property & Casualty licenses, and excel at coaching, leadership, and performance

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance sales or sales leadership.
• Active Life, Health, Property, and Casualty insurance licenses in required states.
• Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team of insurance agents.

High performers may also qualify for annual incentive trips.
