The Aaron’s Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to join our Oregon stores. The position offers an hourly base rate with performance-based incentives and opportunities for advancement within a fast-paced, customer-focused retail environment.

Responsibilities include generating leads, closing lease agreements, processing renewals, and maintaining showroom standards. A driver’s license is required and nights/weekends may apply due to store hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT certification if required in location.
• Able to work a schedule from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 300 lbs with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Build long-lasting customer and vendor relationships.
• Set sales goals and drive new business with marketing strategies.
• Maintain accurate service logs and regularly communicate with service providers and customers.
• Assist General Manager with operational functions.
• Assist with deliveries when a driver is not available.
