Job summary

Culligan Quench is seeking an energetic Sales Manager, Key Accounts, to lead a team of Key Account Executives and drive revenue growth nationwide. The role requires strong communication, coaching, and strategic planning, with a focus on building customer relationships, hitting monthly targets, and collaborating with internal teams to exceed expectations.

Travel within the US is required, and a Bachelor’s degree plus Salesforce proficiency are preferred.

  • Minimum of 4 years of management experience in sales.

Position Summary

We are currently looking for an energetic, hardworking sales professional to perform the role of Sales Manager, Key Accounts, leading a team of Key Account Executives. This role requires excellent communication, organization, coaching, staff development, performance management, time management, internal relationship building and problem-solving abilities.

$114,500 - $120,000 a year

This compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary, monthly commission, and 5% annual bonus.
