Hudson’s Furniture is seeking proven sales professionals who are ready for their next challenge. Our Sales Manager in Training Program is designed to develop leaders who succeed on the sales floor, build customer relationships, and close sales while preparing for leadership roles.

For the right person, advancement into Sales Management is expected within 6–12 months. Hudson’s Furniture is a family-owned company focused on love, transparency, and growth since 1981.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales success in a results-driven environment.
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset and strong relationship-building skills.
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
• Willing to learn our sales process and lead others eventually.
• Must be available weekends and during peak retail periods.

Hudson’s Furniture is looking for proven sales professionals who are ready for their next challenge. Our Sales Manager in Training Program is designed for competitive, results-driven individuals who want to build a successful sales career while developing the skills needed to lead a high-performing sales team.

This is not a traditional management trainee position. You will first learn our business by becoming successful on the sales floor. You’ll work directly with customers, build relationships, close sales, achieve performance goals, and learn what it takes to succeed at Hudson’s before stepping into leadership.

For the right person, the goal is advancement into Sales Management within 6–12 months.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven sales experience or success in a performance-driven environment
• Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence approaching customers, overcoming objections, and asking for the sale
• Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
• Coachable and willing to master our sales process before leading others
• Motivated by performance-based earning potential
• Available to work weekends and peak retail periods

Experience in furniture, automotive, real estate, insurance, banking, wireless, fitness, hospitality, retail management, or other sales-driven industries may translate well into this role.

Earning Potential

• Average Sales Associates: $50,000+ annually
• Strong Performers: Six-figure earning potential
• Top Performers: $150,000+ annually
• Uncapped commission
