Join Carter's, Inc. as a Full Time Sales Manager in Round Rock, TX, guiding families through our baby and kids apparel range from preemie to size 14. You’ll lead a team, model exceptional service, and partner with store leadership to drive results.

As the first face of the brand, you’ll welcome customers, coach staff on product knowledge, ensure an inclusive environment, and manage daily operations to meet sales goals while supporting community engagement.

Qualifications
