Job summary

MASA Global is seeking an independent contractor for field-based sales across the Ark-La-Tex region (Longview to Texarkana). You will educate customers on emergency medical transportation memberships and close deals through group seminars, leveraging MASA’s proven sales process.

Expect unlimited earning potential with commissions and bonuses, supported by marketing campaigns and provided materials. Travel up to 50% of the time; nights and weekends off; 2+ years of sales experience required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of consumer sales experience.
• Strong closing skills.
• Ambition and motivation to earn high commissions and big bonuses.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to explain products and services effectively in a group setting.
• Driver's license required.
• Ability to travel within the territory 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Educate interested customers on emergency medical transportation service memberships.
• No cold calling; seminars scheduled for interested customers.
• Sell through group seminars and presentations to close deals.
• Participate in MASA’s proven sales process and use provided marketing materials.
• Travel within the Ark-La-Tex region as needed to meet targets.

Compensation

Total earnings at or above annual targets typically range from $80,000 to $150,000.

What You’ll Do

There is no cold calling—interested customers have already reserved seminar seats to learn more about our offerings. You’ll educate them on our emergency medical transportation service memberships that provide peace of mind, family protection, and financial security.
