  • Coach, mentor, train, and develop sales team members to strengthen individual and overall team performance.
  • Establish clear sales goals, performance expectations, training initiatives, and incentive programs that drive accountability and results.
  • Monitor sales activity, closing ratios, conversion rates, and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Analyze sales performance data, investigate reporting discrepancies, and proactively implement solutions.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, production, and operational leadership to improve processes, efficiency, and overall business performance.
  • Foster a results-driven culture focused on accountability, teamwork, professional development, and continuous improvement.
Hands-On Field Coaching & Development
  • Spend significant time in the field conducting ride-alongs with sales representatives during live, in-home customer appointments.
  • Provide real-time coaching and constructive feedback to improve sales presentations, customer engagement, objection handling, and closing techniques.
  • Train new and existing team members on customer education, damage assessment, project scoping, and effective sales strategies.
  • Lead by example through hands‑on demonstrations and direct customer interactions when necessary.
  • Develop and implement consistent sales processes and training programs that improve team performance and conversion rates.
  • Identify individual coaching opportunities and create actionable development plans to help team members succeed.
  • Reinforce a customer-focused, consultative sales approach that builds trust and delivers results.
Customer Experience & Operational Collaboration
  • Ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and restoration process.
  • Work closely with project managers and production teams to ensure a seamless transition from the initial sale through project completion.
  • Utilize CRM systems to maintain accurate documentation, monitor sales activity, and support project coordination.
  • Collaborate with operational leadership to maintain service quality, improve efficiency, and resolve customer concerns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction, sales conversions, and overall service delivery.
  • Promote Dry Force's commitment to professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, and exceptional customer service.
