Job Summary

A pivotal leader responsible for driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team. The role involves executing personal and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, while consistently upholding the company’s ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional products, and reinforcing the brand’s core values. This position plays a crucial role in elevating the store's sales performance and contributing to the overall company success and is held to the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

Training Pay: $20 per hour for 3-4 weeks (no commission)

Average Earning Potential After Training: $70,000 - $97,000 (inclusive of base, commission, and bonus)

Scope & Impact

This role influences store financial health, team morale, operational efficiency, and customer experience, reporting to the Store Manager.

Minimum Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years retail sales experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, financial literacy, interpersonal skills, and customer service
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Requirements
  • Retail management experience focusing on sales
  • Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills
Physical Demands & Work Environment
  • Lift/carry up to 50 lbs
  • Stand for extended periods
  • Repetitive hand motions, hearing, and listening
  • Inside environment, pass background check
Additional Information

Pay and Hours
  • Training Pay: $20/hr for 3-4 weeks
  • Post-Training Average Pay: $26,000/year + uncapped commission
  • Commission: 1%-6% plus monthly bonuses
  • Estimated annual income: around $80,000 for high performers

Weekly hours: 40. Work shift includes evenings, weekends, holidays.
