Job summary

The Weiner Group is seeking a motivated Sales Manager to lead, coach, and support a nationwide team of independent sales professionals. You will focus on helping agents develop their sales skills, hit production goals, and build strong client relationships.

In this role, you will partner with over 25 leading carriers to provide a broad product mix and will oversee training, prospecting strategies, and the sales process from initial contact to closing, all while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Previous sales or sales management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and support sales professionals.
• Ability to work remotely and independently with self-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support a team of independent sales professionals across the country.
• Help agents set and achieve sales and production goals.

What You’ll Do

Qualifications
