Job summary

La-Z-Boy Incorporated in Costa Mesa, CA, seeks a pivotal leader to drive store sales growth, coach the sales team, and champion the La-Z-Boy selling process and in-home design program. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales or retail experience.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Must pass background and drug screening.

Job Summary

A pivotal leader responsible for driving sales growth and fostering a high-performing sales team. The role involves executing personnel and store sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets, while consistently upholding the company’s ethos of prioritizing people, optimizing processes, delivering exceptional products, and reinforcing the brand’s core values. Training Pay

$22 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)

Average Annual Earning Potential After Training

$70,000 - $90,000+ (inclusive of base, bonus, and commission)

What We’re Looking For

What You Can Expect

Training Pay: $22 per hour for 2-6 weeks (no commission)

Average Earning Potential After Training: $70,000 - $90,000+ (inclusive of base, commission and bonus)

The company will not pay less than state/local minimum wage requirements

Post-Training Pay:
Base Pay: $22,000 per year
Commission & Bonus: Earn more with UNCAPPED commission on written sales – 6% on La-Z-Boy Design Sales and 4% on other sales, other than La-Z-Boy Design Sales.
Monthly bonus opportunity up to $1,500 based on achievement of store sales goals
