Job summary

Southern National Roofing is hiring a Selling Sales Manager in Columbia, MD. You’ll start with paid training, learn our step-by-step process, run leads for 30 days, then lead a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers and close on your own.

We promote practical results over talk; expect a tight process, scheduled 1pm and 6pm appointments, field leadership, and compensation ranging from $180,000 to $250,000 total. Medical insurance and ongoing training are provided.

Southern National Roofing is hiring a Selling Sales Manager in Columbia, MD. Here is how it works. You come to training and learn our process. You run leads for 30 days and close on your own. Then you step into leadership with a team of 6 to 12 in-home closers.

We don't promote talkers. We promote people who have proven the process works in their own hands.

Every appointment is set and confirmed by our in-house call center. No cold calling, no door knocking, no self-generating leads.

What You Can Earn

• Total Compensation: $180,000 - $250,000
• Commission on your own closes from your first appointment

How You Get There
Paid Training. Two weeks in Charlotte, NC with our dedicated training department. You learn the same step-by-step process every rep learns: what to say, how to say it, and what comes next.

30 Days in the Field. You run 1pm and 6pm appointments, pre-qualified and confirmed. Inspect the roof, present the solution and the financing, and close on the first visit.

Leadership. You take over a team of 6 to 12 reps. Their numbers become your numbers.

Who Wins Here
You have closed in the home or sold high-ticket face to face, and your numbers back it up. Past leadership experience helps, but it is not required.

The Real Schedule
During your 30 days in the field, appointments run at 1pm and 6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am and 2pm on Saturday. As a leader, your week runs around daily leadership meetings, team meetings, and your reps' appointments.

This is a six-day week with evenings. The 6pm slot is where the money is, for you and your team.
