Main Responsibilities
- Manage Sales Team: Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Create and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Analyze Sales Data: Review and analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition.
- Training and Mentoring: Train and mentor the sales team to improve performance and skills.
- Collaboration: Work with the manufacturing teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiation: Negotiate prices and contracts with clients and suppliers.
- Budget Management: Monitor and manage the sales budget to ensure profitability.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is generally required.
- A master's degree in business administration (MBA) or marketing is preferred.
- At least five years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- 3 plus years of experience leading teams
- Experience in creating and implementing sales strategies, budgeting, and sales forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
